Should kids be at weddings?
It’s not a new question, but a current dilemma, do you invite children to your wedding?
As a professional attendee to weddings I’ll offer the following points:
- Kids are awesome
- Some kids misbehave
- Some kids interrupt things
- But some kids are simply delightful
- Sometimes the order of “things a couple would like to do at a ceremony” gets thrown out of whack because of kids
At our wedding only a few couples had children, and most left them with a babysitter or a family member, it was a good night.
